Is Xocai a Pyramid Scheme or a Scam?

This information was actually put together by Landon Lamley in response to one of his friends asking him if Xocai is a Pyramid Scheme. We do get this question a lot in our line of business and I would like to address this question by expanding on Landon's information because he has answered it so well.

As far as the pyramid concept goes. A pyramid scheme is an illegal operation based on a fraudulent non-sustainable business model http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyramid_scheme In other words a pyramid scheme is normally a business based solely on recruiting other people in order to further one's own financial gain. There is no exchange of product involved so eventually this form of business will come crashing down.

There needs to be a product sold in order for this business to survive. Xocai's main focus is on our Healthy Chocolate line of products and the business would survive with or without the recruiting of more distributors. Not to mention Xocai has been around for 6 years and we have expanded to include 30 different countries. With each country that has opened up to us we have to go through a strict analysis of our business and products to determine whether it follows these different countries laws and regulations as well as customs regulations.

Multi Level Marketing (MLM) also known as Direct Marketing, Referral based Marketing , Network marketing or Direct Selling has been a legitimate form of marketing and distribution for over 50 years. Just think of companies such as Mary Kay, Avon, Pampered Chef, and some other big name network marketing companies.
This form of marketing has come of age and now proclaimed as the Business of the 21st Century by many of the top financial experts in our country. MLM creates more Millionaires than in any other industry and is the greatest equal opportunity provider.

Top Financial experts include Warren Buffett and Donald Trump have been actively involved in the MLM industry. Whether investing in or participating in their own MLM Companies. They recognize the power of this form of marketing and distribution. Many of the top fortune 500 companies are now turning towards MLM creating new divisions to market and distribute through a referral based business model.

Robert Kiyosaki has proclaimed MLM as the Business of the 21st Century and currently educating the masses as to why they need to get involved in this business. These financial experts recognize the huge issues presented by our current economy and endorse Network Marketing as a valid solution for the majority of Americans who need this opportunity to create wealth.

Here are just a few endorsements for a business I am passionate about:

Donald Trump Network
