Latest Hangover Cure...Healthy Chocolate!

You know those mornings where you wake up and wish that you did not drink so much the night before. Nothing seems to help that horrible feeling of dehydration, nausea, headache, fatigue, fever, vomiting, stomach issues, and sensitivity to light and sound. All of these hang-over symptoms will make you regret all of the fun you may have had the night before. Well...I have found something that actually helps and it is something that you never would have guessed.

Studies show that the reason a hangover will cause many of those symptoms is due to the fact that alcohol is a diuretic that causes the over production of urine. Your body becomes dehydrated because the alcohol is forcing water out of your body and this is also what causes headaches, pain, fatigue, and other issues. Alcohol will also react with chemicals and cells in your stomach lining that will cause it to become inflammed. Here's where you get those stomach problems.

Being a science geek and knowing that Xocai's Healthy Chocolate has been proven to help your intestinal health and it naturally relieves inflammation I decided to test the chocolate on hang-over symptoms and it works! I have tried this method over 5 times in the last year on myself and I have also let my friends and family members try this out and each time I get great results. I am not an alcoholic or anything, but the last year has been very busy with lots of celebrations such as my bachelorette party, college graduation, wedding, honeymoon, concerts, etc. So the question is...how do I use Healthy Chocolate to help prevent hangovers? Here is what I do and it seems to be working:

1) Eat a piece of chocolate before you start drinking
2) Eat a piece during drinking
3) Eat another piece before bed
4) Eat a fourth piece in the morning

Remember to drink lots of water too! If you would like to try this method out I recommend ordering a box. You can do that by Clicking Here!
